QUICK AND SIMPLE SKIN CARE ROUTINE FOR A GLOWING AND YOUTHFUL LOOKING SKIN
Have a daily routine to clean up your skin. Use a cleansing milk to remove dirt then use a toner to tone up your skin and finally end with a moisturizer to make your skin supple.
Drink plenty of water. Water removes all the toxins from your body, which are otherwise harmful and lead to skin problems.
Exercise at least thrice a week. Exercise allows your skin to breathe and exfoliate.
If you have dry skin then a wash with a mixture of milk cream (malai), turmeric powder (haldi), and Gram flour (besan) will leave your skin glowing.
If you have dandruff problems treat it immediately. When dandruff falls on your face it reacts with the dirt and there is an eruption of pimples and blackheads.
Try and use a face scrub every week. Face scrubs help to remove dead skin but use them only once a week. Make a face scrub at home itself. Dry some orange peel. Powder it and store it in a jar. Use it weekly to wash your face.
Fullers Earth (multani mitti) is another good face wash. Mix fuller’s earth with rose water and lime and wash your face regularly with it.
Never sleep with make up on. Remove your make up with any cleansing cream or milk. You can also use almond oil to remove your make up.
Eat a good balanced meal. Fruits and green leafy vegetables can do wonders to your skin. A diet rich in vitamin E also keeps your skin glowing.
